Basic Needs Supports

We have a range of referrals and resource supports that can help Calgarians meet their basic needs, providing a strong foundation for future growth and building on community members natural strengths.

Food and Clothing Rooms

Community members can connect with us to book appointments to access our Food and Clothing Rooms, providing support for those who find themselves in an emergency.

Located at our Forest Lawn and Ranchlands office locations, we can provide access to food, clothing, baby essentials, and hygiene items for those in need.

Our Food and Clothing Rooms are stocked through donations, and partnerships with organizations such as the Calgary Food Bank and Spinz-A-Round.

Resource Discussions

There are many great organizations in Calgary that are doing amazing work to support people in need, but it can be difficult and confusing to navigate these services when you're in a crisis.

Our Community Advocates can recommend and connect people to agencies that offer a wide range of programs and services, such as housing and shelter resources, food resources, mental and physical health resources, and much more.
